The staff was genuinely helpful, especially when I left my iPad behind. They even arranged shipping promptly,, which saved me a lot of hassle.

Unfortunately, my room was not cleaned during my entire stay, and there were issues with the refrigerator that hampered my experience.

I stayed here for a night and absolutely loved the proximity to several parks like North Park, just under 3 km away, which provided a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll and some fresh air. We were able to enjoy delicious food at nearby places like Sushi Nami, only a quick 500 meters from the hotel, making our weekend exploration so much easier and more enjoyable.

My experience was terribly disappointing. Upon arrival, my prepaid reservation was unexpectedly canceled, which left me frustrated after a long day of travel. Despite several available rooms, they prioritized their internal dispute over my comfort.

My stay at the Courtyard in Alpharetta provided a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, ensuring a pleasant experience. The unexpected parking fee slightly marred my overall enjoyment. Despite this, I appreciated the cleanliness and quick check-in process during my two-night stay.

the laundry was out of order (which was really frustrating). but the hair dryer was easy to use and the larger shampoo bottles were a nice touch! the nearby restaurants were really convenient too (made dining super easy! ).

The room was super clean, and I loved how comfy the bed was after a long day. I enjoyed lounging by the seasonal outdoor pool while sipping my drink, and the leisure room was nice for some downtime too. The only bummer was that the Wi-Fi wasn't available during my stay, but it didn’t impact my overall experience! 🌟

We had a two-night stay during a family trip and found that the room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The sizeable TV and the loveseat provided ample seating for us, which was great compared to some other hotels. However, we faced a hiccup when we arrived. our initial reservation was canceled without our knowledge. Thankfully, we were given another room after some back and forth, but we noticed mold in the bathroom shower of the new room. Despite that, the housekeeping staff did a good job overall.

The hotel had a nice atmosphere throughout. I appreciated the larger bottles of toiletries. they saved me a trip to the store. Nice touch! The location set me up well for nearby shopping and dining options, which was really convenient. My room, a Queen Room with 2 Queen Beds, was comfortable enough, but there were some letdowns. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room during my stay, so I ended up with dirty towels and no toilet paper. I could never reach the front desk. I called multiple times without an answer. Finally, the breakfast pricing felt outrageous. $35 for a few eggs and coffee seemed steep. I left feeling mixed about the stay.
